Who is Plant Passport Ops for?+
Plant Passport Ops is for small online plant sellers, micro nurseries and plant shops selling through Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, CSV exports or manual order workflows.
Does Plant Passport Ops provide official authorisation?+
No. Plant Passport Ops does not grant official authorisation or provide legal or regulatory advice. It helps sellers organise label and record workflows based on the information they enter.
Is it just a plant passport label generator?+
No. It helps with the full workflow: import orders, match plant and traceability data, generate ready-to-review labels and save each batch as a searchable record.
Can I use it with Shopify, Etsy or WooCommerce?+
Yes. Connect a Shopify or Etsy shop and new orders sync into the app, or import an order export (CSV) from Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce or any other sales channel. Both work on every plan, including Free.
Can I export plant passport records?+
Yes. Every generated batch is saved in a searchable archive, and you can download its labels as a PDF and its passport records as CSV.
Does it replace spreadsheets?+
It is designed to replace the messy parts of spreadsheet workflows: copied order data, manual labels, scattered PDFs and hard-to-search batch records.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes. Free includes up to 20 plant passports a month, Shopify and Etsy order sync, CSV/order-export import, the plant catalogue and the batch archive. Starter (£9/month) includes up to 250 passports a month and Pro (£19/month) up to 1,000. Prices exclude VAT; VAT may apply.
What happens if I go over my monthly passports?+
Label generation is never blocked. The app shows a notice when you are close to or over your allowance and suggests the next plan. Allowances reset on the 1st of each month.
Can I cancel or pause my plan?+
Yes. Plans are billed monthly with no annual commitment. Switch plans or cancel any time from Plan & billing in the app. Cancelling moves your workspace back to Free at the end of the billing period and keeps your records, so it also works as an off-season pause.
Can I try it for free?+
Yes. The Free plan covers 20 passports a month with no card needed, so you can try the full workflow with your own orders before choosing a paid plan.
